Twine Circles

Having a crafty bank hols and making another circle project.

This time its a 6x6cm box canvas.

First I used black paint and stencils for the background and a book paint using medium so I could pull in back off and leave some behind, then used 4 paints to wash over the top.

I love making the twine circles and have used them a lot when doing mixed media projects.

I painted under one of the circles and used a circle stencil with modelling paste and stuck down the twine. Used one of the PA script stamps, flicked black, white and red paint over the top.
Finished with buttons.

Around the edge I used one of the Ellen Vargo stamps on deli paper with black paint.

More fun.....dare I do another one.......
