Evening Crafter's

The lovely and talented Priya is back with a beaufiful canvas tonight. I especially  like the unusual way its been coloured, not with paints inks, of sprays but Prima's Waxes, and wow what an impact.

All the products used on this project are linked at the end of the blog.

Priya take it away....

Hello Friends,

Today I made a mixed media canvas to inspire you.

I took a 4*6 canvas and applied some crackle paste all over.

Then I created some texture using Artful Days Stencil and texture paste.

Once it is dried I glued some chipboard embellishment pieces here and there to
create some interest in the
background.

I glued some Artful Days Metal embellishments and some more chipboard embellishments on it. I also added two bottle caps.

Then I coloured the whole piece with black gesso.

Once the gesso is completely dry,I glued some Artful Days flowers here and there and attached two metal keys on the bottle caps.

I coloured the whole piece using Prima art alchemy waxes Mystique Turquoise, Vintage Gold and Amethyst Magic alternatively till I got my desired results.

Then I glued some Artful Days Texture stones and Treasure Trove High Sparkle cabochons, some white chippies here and there which enhanced the beauty of this piece.

Here are some more pictures of the project
